My path began in the quiet, unseen spaces of life learning to care for my grandmother at an early age, tending to others before I even knew how to tend to myself. At 12, I left Portugal behind and moved to the UK, where I unknowingly began to lose pieces of myself in the shadow of a narcissistic authority figure. For eight years, I lived disconnected from my own essence, molding myself to fit into expectations and silencing the voice within.

Breaking free was my first act of remembrance, a homecoming to the self I had forgotten.

It still is a slow unraveling reclaiming my identity, my independence and the parts of me that have been buried under years of pleasing others. Along the way, I discovered that the journey home is never about becoming someone new. It's about peeling back the layers to reveal the soul that has always been there.

Now, as a certified Inside Out self-discovery coach, I guide women through the same path away from people-pleasing patterns and into lives rooted in authenticity, self-awareness and joy. My mission is to hold up a mirror to the unseen helping women see that the outer world is always reflecting the landscapes within.
